You will find Résidence La Roseraie set in the wooded hills of northern Périgord Noir, just 8 km from Hautefort Castle.

We propose two luxury Villas: Villa Rosa and La Truffière, one Cottage: Lou Nouzier and a Mobile home: L'Acacia. The holiday accommodations are respectfully situated on the park (2,4 ha) to ensure the privacy of all guests.

The villas and our main property are situated high-up on our 2 ha of hillside and have lovely panoramic views of the surrounding valley (Vallée d'Auvézère). Each is tastefully furnished, equipped with modern amenities and boasts a private pool.

The cottage is situated on a lower part and is well equipped with modern comfort. The guests of this holiday accommodation can use our private swimming pool, situated on just 150 m.
Pets are welcome in this cottage.

The mobile home is confortable and well equipped. If you pass your holiday overhere, you also can use our private swimming pool, situated on just 15 m.

What will be new in 2009?
- WiFi HotSpot. Free Wi-Fi connexion (for our guests) and free use of a common laptop in the morning at our main property.
- The shared Kids play area will be extended with a ping-pong table and a sports field.
- Kids club. Children (from 3 years) are welcome on Thursday morning to tinker and play games together.
- Breakfast service. Possibility to order French bread and croissants at your stay, which will be delivered the next morning at your villa or cottage.

Beyond the tranquillity of Résidence La Roseraie, there is much to tempt the visitor. The Dordogne is, after all, well known for its prehistory, castles and gastronomy (such as the truffle and foie gras). When visiting the region, you should not miss the Roman city of Périgueux or the spectacular cave of Lascaux, which is accessed from the pretty old town of Montignac.

A visit to one of the many markets in the region is also a culinary treat.
For nature-loving travellers there are several rivers and lakes, within a distance of 30 km, where you can swim, canoe or fish. If you like rambling, there are several footpaths through nearby forests; paths which are also ideal to discover by mountain bike. Just 2 km up the road from our villas, there is a riding school where ponies can be hired on reservation.
